I performed a short assignment helping the software team in Worcester producing embedded software for powered roof supports, create an appropriate software development process to meet ISO 90000-3. The team was subsequently assessed against that standard and was awarded the standard. I have now been contracted to undertake their ongoing internal software audits.
Malvern Wells is a small Parish Council within the District of the Malvern Hills. one of the most pleasant places to live in Britain. The parish has a precept of around £40,000 and caters for the needs of local residents.
In accordance with the requirements of the Audit Commission, parish councils have to be subject to a regular internal audit and I have been performing this function since 2003

SRS systems are the "eye in the sky" for domestic and international military customers providing them with the technology to produce the imagery products needed for their intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions.
I undertook a short consultation to help their unit in the Malvern Science park to develop an appropriate measurement regime to evaluate the performance of their QMS including the production of a measurable and appropriate quality policy. The unit subsequently used this system as part of their submission to gain ISO 9000 approval
